My client, a top tier investment bank, are looking to hire a mid-level lawyer to their London legal team to cover ECM transactions. The business team carry out a wide range of transactions including IPOs, secondary fundraisings and both private and public M&A.

The successful candidate will have around 5-10PQE gained in a leading law firm or equivalent in-house organisation.
