We’re seeking a mid-level Platform Architect to join the CTO Office of a top-tier financial institution in Sydney.
You’ll play a critical role in designing and evolving enterprise-scale content management solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with strategic business goals.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the architecture and design of cutting-edge ECM solutions.
Define and maintain standardized platform infrastructure for ECM systems.
Ensure seamless integration with platforms like ERP, CRM, IBM FileNet, OpenText, SmartCOMM, and Case Manager.
Establish platform governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Provide expert guidance to development teams and troubleshoot complex issues.
Optimize system performance, reliability, and search capabilities.
Evaluate emerging technologies and make strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to align architecture with business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years’ experience in technology roles, including 5+ years in ECM architecture.
Strong knowledge of content management principles, workflow automation, and records management.
Hands-on experience with ECM platforms: OpenText, FileNet, SharePoint, and Smart Communications (SmartComm).
Experience integrating ECM with enterprise systems and cloud/hybrid environments.
Expertise in security protocols, compliance, and governance frameworks.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Banking industry experience is highly desirable.
