• Job responsibility:
• The primary objective of this role during the probationary period is to identify more than one individual in each village within your district (with a population exceeding 3000) who is interested in earning over Rs. 2.5 lakhs per month by becoming our Mission Associate.
• By the second week of the next month, you will be responsible for authorizing at least 2 Mission Associate (MA) in any tehsils of your district. The MA who has successfully enrolled the highest number of students during this period will be selected as Authorized Enrollment Associate (AEA).
• Following this, you will need to assess the eligibility of the students enrolled by these MAs and forward the qualified candidates to the Institute.
Detailed Day-to-day responsibilities In probation period:
1. Create a list of local educators (tutors) through referrals, online research, and personal connections.
2. Visit prospective educators & mobile / stationery dealers to assess their suitability as our Mission Associates.
3. Find persons in all large villages (population > 3000) to represent us (as our Mission Associate) who want to earn a good living (earning > Rs. 2.5 lakhs/month).
4. Conduct regular digital/social media awareness campaigns, map tagging, SMS campaigning & onsite promotions.
5. Test eligibility of enrolled students and send qualified ones to the IoK®
6. Make travel arrangements for students.
7. Recruit Junior/Batch mates as Eco Detective/Eco-Investigator in neighboring districts.
8. Don't go home until you've found at least one person who wants to earn over Rs. 2.5 lakhs/month by becoming our Mission Associate.
Pay Scale:
Regular CTC 4 to 18 lac, (depending upon the performance in the probation period) after successful completion of probation period of three to nine months. (for detail )

Stipend for a probation period of three months: 15 thousand per (26 days) month. Fixed component 15k, variable 32 to 88 k.
Performance based incentive
Maximum up to total 180K for MA+ 80 thousand for referral.
