• Delivery Execution: Safely transport packages to customers' locations using a provided vehicle (such as a two-wheeler or a van) while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
• Package Tracking: Utilize technology systems (such as handheld devices or mobile apps) to track and update the status of deliveries.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of delivered packages, including proof of delivery (POD) documents, and submit them to the supervisor as required.
• Problem Resolution: Resolve delivery-related issues, such as undelivered packages, address discrepancies, or customer complaints, by coordinating with the relevant teams and following the company's protocols.
