We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce and Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for not only managing our online store but also driving the digital marketing efforts to promote our kids' products effectively.
Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and visually appealing.
• Implement pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions to maximize sales and profitability.
• Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Collaborate with the design team to enhance the visual appeal of our online store.
Digital Marketing:
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost online sales.
• Create and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like social media, search engines, and email marketing.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
• Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and SEO specialists to create engaging and persuasive content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to stay competitive.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
