Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and possess the communication skills and confidence to deliver technical information to non-technical audiences
• Identify customers’ needs and working together with Discrete and Industrial product owners to ensure website designs and solutions are feasible, deliverable, and are aligned to market best practice
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure online catalog and eCommerce requirements are captured and documented and determine priority based on return on investment and business strategy
• Provide project support for cross-functional efforts affecting the online catalog and eCommerce experience and customers
• Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver improvements and bug fixes into production and coordinate regression tests
• Present site deliverables to key stakeholders, outside sales, and customers to evoke program enthusiasm and report on digital momentum in the industry \
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business, or technical degree
• 4+ years of experience in digital business
• Strong analyzing skills, critical thinking, and results driven
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably 1 additional language
• Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
