Responsibilities:
E-commerce Strategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth, market expansion, and revenue generation.
Keep abreast of e-commerce industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Team Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team, including managers, marketers, merchandisers, and analysts.
Set clear goals, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Website Management:Oversee the design, functionality, and performance of the e-commerce website(s).
Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
Collaborate with IT and web development teams for continuous improvements.
Product Management:Develop and manage the online product catalog and pricing strategies.
Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to maximize conversion rates.
Monitor product availability and inventory management.
Online Marketing:Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales.
Utilize various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and affiliate marketing.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize ROI.
Customer Experience Enhancement:Focus on improving the overall customer experience, from website navigation to post-purchase support.
Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
Analytics and Reporting:Monitor e-commerce KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Develop actionable insights to drive decision-making.
Partnerships and Vendor Management:Identify and negotiate partnerships with third-party vendors, payment processors, and logistics providers.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure the reliability and quality of services.
Security and Compliance:Ensure the security and compliance of e-commerce operations, including payment processing and data protection.
Stay updated on industry regulations and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in e-commerce leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and trends.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
