Main Responsibilities
The role of an eCommerce Catalog Specialist (eCS) is to accurately create and maintain the B2B portal for customers, supporting the submission of online information that enables frictionless order processing (where appropriate).
The eCS supports the maintenance customers, creates catalogs and links those catalogs to the portal with the different configurations as per the customer’s requirements.
Creates customer base numbers (CBNs) and links them to the portal, and ensures that all ordering details and setups for the customer are done in the appropriate tools and reflected on the customer portal correctly.
Builds portal quotes based on the details and input provided by the eCommerce Support Managers (eSM).
Works consistently and in alignment with the guidelines suggested by the eSM.
Forms direct relationships while working with internal cross-functional groups.
Drives resolutions to ensure reliable and operationally effective flow of products
Works with various internal teams
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree (B.SC./B.Com/BCA)
Catalog enablement/maintenance, inventory or related experience
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Applications
