Job Description
• Coordination with internal warehouse team to ensure the dispatch on time.
• Lining up the deliveries with respective logistics partners as per the appointment date.
• Tracking the shipment as per appointments and take corrective actions if any.
• Coordinating with the drivers to ensure the unloading of the consignment.
• Data records keeping-PO copy, Invoice Copies, Eway Bills, GRN, POD etc.
• Post delivery, tracking GRN and highlighting the discrepancy if any.
• Maintaining the records and sharing the data internally for accounts reco and payment followup.
