Job Description
As a Content Coordinator you will be supporting our Digital team and will be at the heart of our digital channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and seamless delivery of customer-facing data across our app, website, kiosks and delivery platforms. To do this you will:
Own the accuracy and management of all customer-facing digital content across BK channels including the app, website, kiosks, and delivery platforms
Configure and schedule promotions, new product rollouts, and content updates in line with the Marketing Calendar
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and ongoing projects to drive sales and digital growth.
Collaborate closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations of Burger Kings digital systems, and provide customer support for digital platform inquiries
What you will bring to the role:
You will have attention to detail, drive and resilience, and demonstrated ability in the following:
At least 12-month experience in a similar role in within a busy Digital team
A strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills are essential
Confidence to take ownership of digital content processes and meet tight deadlines
The ability to quickly pick up new systems and software
User acceptance testing experience and the ability to work with external agencies is a plus.
A can-do attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for digital innovation.
