Internship Role: Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive Intern to join our eCommerce operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, assisting customers with product-related information, and resolving their order-related queries efficiently. You will also manage outgoing calls, including COD (Cash on Delivery) order confirmations and abandoned cart follow-ups to help improve conversions.
Additionally, you will coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders, while updating order and shipping details in the backend systems. This role will give you hands-on exposure to real-time eCommerce operations and customer handling.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle online systems
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-friendly approach
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
