About Us
We are an Australian distributor and retailer of Korean and Japanese beauty, operating across eCommerce and retail channels. With access to over 200 beauty brands, we focus on driving online sales, in-store traffic and digital performance.
As we expand in 2026, we are seeking an execution-focused eCommerce & Digital Sales Assistant to support website operations, Google Ads, digital optimisation and online sales growth. This is a hands-on commercial role — not content-only marketing.
Key ResponsibilitieseCommerce & Website Operations
Manage product uploads, pricing updates and promotions on Shopify
Support website content updates including banners, landing pages and product pages
Conduct regular website checks to ensure accuracy and performance
Monitor online orders and customer enquiries
Digital Sales Support
Assist with Google Ads setup, monitoring and optimisation
Maintain Google My Business listings and store links
Support online promotions and campaign execution
Track best sellers and slow movers to support inventory planning
Performance & Reporting
Monitor website traffic, conversion and Google Ads performance
Prepare basic weekly sales and digital reports
Support optimisation initiatives to improve traffic → conversion → sales
Social Media (Bonus Only)
Assist with simple, sales-driven posts if required
Bonus if able to shoot basic product content (not essential)
Administration
Support daily eCommerce operations and internal coordination
What We’re Looking For
1+ year experience in eCommerce, digital operations or online retail
Familiar with Shopify and basic website management
Basic understanding of Google Ads and Google My Business
Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for reporting
Commercial mindset — understands traffic, conversion and sales
Organised, proactive and execution-focused
Able to work onsite in Seven Hills
Beauty / FMCG background preferred
Bonus:
Google Analytics experience
