Customer query handling damaged, return, refund etc.
Sales Report, Stock Report of Products
Inventory & price updating at all portals.
Email Campaign Creation, Scheduling etc.
Ability to create and handle online marketing campaigns
Revenue & Growth Management on Daily Basis
Responsible for day-to-day Operations of Ecommerce
Worked on Sellbrite, Shipstation, Mailchimp etc.
Product Shipment Creation for Amazon FBA
