Position: Ecommerce Assistant/Ecommerce Executive
Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Candidate should preferably have 1 to 2 years of E-commerce, Retail with transportation Work experience
· Responsible for ongoing maintenance support and day-to-day updates of inventory, product details, and support with new launches
· Support liaison with communication needs across departments
· Point of contact for queries about online orders, item set-up, and data collection
· Manage all Online portals like (Amazon, Shopify, Etc.)
· Order Processing to Order dispatching to the Customer
· Prepare reports on a weekly/monthly basis and submit them to Management
· Communicating with Logistics partners and arranging shipments
· Supervising product packaging and order shipping
· Responsible for making consignments and following up till dispatched
· Handling products related queries and customer feedback
· Responsible for follow-up from start till dispatch and making sure for timely delivery of consignments
· Check and verify returns and file claims for damaged products
Desired Skills:
· Preferable Operational Knowledge of logistics network (air/surface)
· Should be good in MS Office especially excel
· Should be having good communication skills.
Eligibility:
· Min Graduate in any discipline
· 1-2 years of experience related to the E-commerce industry
