We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Executive to manage our online marketplaces in India and overseas for our company, Homemonde. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in e-commerce operations, online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc., and possess a passion for driving growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the online marketplaces for our products in India and overseas, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and improve customer engagement.
Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product content, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and customer support.
Keep up-to-date with e-commerce trends, best practices, and competitor strategies.
Manage the company's website content and work with developers for website optimization.
Preferred Candidate :
1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in online marketplaces.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, such as Amazon.com/.in, Flipkart etc
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights to inform business decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling product descriptions and marketing copy.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for e-commerce and a customer-centric mindset.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
