Full Job Description
= Initiate registration of the Company's products on all relevant online marketplaces.
= To create content (titles, descriptions, keywords, catalogues, etc) for listings.
= To handle and regularly update the listings on the online marketplaces.
= Optimizing and modifying the existing product titles, keywords, description & prices to increase the product visibility.
= To coordinate with various departments to oversee the order execution.
= Coordinate order processing, packaging, delivery & returns of customer orders.
= Manage service quality & customer satisfaction by taking feedbacks
= To manage the Company's website.
Requirements -
1) At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
2) Excellent communication skills.
3) In dept knowledge of online marketplaces - Amazon / Flipkart / Snapdeal / etc.
