Job Description: -
• He must know tally.
• Must know internal working of Tally such as voucher types, stock summary, ledgers such as purchase, sale, cash, GST, TCS, etc.
• He must have experience in managing courier for ecommerce operations/website or with DHL/etc.
• He should still be ready to visit stores for data collection 2-3 days per week.
• Comfortable with Microsoft office, especially Excel (pivot table, slicers, formulae such as VLOOKUP, hlookup, and, and if, etc.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python etc. will be preferable.
Roles And Responsibilities:
• Be the one point contact to retailers facing issues with POS and e-commerce systems.
• Provide training to retailer for order fulfilment process, POS utilisation and other technical systems to be used by retailers.
• Take feedback (bugs and usability feedback) from retailers and pass same to tech team.
• Visit O-LINE-O stores 2-3 times per week and get new products MRP, EAN, MOP, Weight, Dimensions, Product Description data.
• Create connection with Salesmen, Retailers to get updated product price lists, systematically save product prices region wise and update same on website when products go on sale, have permanent price drops.
• Monitor e-commerce orders and their timely fulfilment. Red flag any anomalies in the order fulfilment SOP implementation.
• Should be very comfortable using Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Candidate should be flexible to learn usage of new digital platforms, tools as are presented.
• Graduation in any stream.
• Good communication in English.
