Job & Responsibility:
• Manage daily operations for E-Commerce including Updating Product Catalog, and coordination with account managers for the latest updates.
• Creating strategies to drive sales through e-commerce marketplaces.
• Researching, analyzing, and providing insights on online shopping trends of customers and reporting the same to the management.
• Addressing and resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely manner and ensuring excellent customer service. Also collecting and working on the feedback given by customers in the marketplaces regarding the company’s products.
• Handle the day-to-day operation of the brand's website on Shopify including listing new products, and collections, maintaining the database of customers, and managing sales and discounts.
