We are hiring for the role of Sr. Executive / Executive - Ecommerce
Location: Vasant Vihar, Delhi
E-commerce is a leader who develops and manages the Ecommerce team and looks after day to day operations of the Ecommerce department on behalf of the organization. The designated individual will play a vital role in smooth functioning of our ecommerce activities.
The daily work of a Ecommerce looks like :
• Online order processing
• Maintain MIS report
• Take daily follow up with courier for delivery
• Manage customer complaints
• Manage Dispatch/ delivery / post delivery
• Coordinating with store for dispatch and post delivery issue
• Product listing on various portals
• Should have sound experience in Nykaa, Amazon, Cloudtail and Shopify websites
• Should have handled multiple e commerce portals
Preferred Candidate:
• Graduation (Any)
• 2+ years of experience in E-commerce role (beauty and skin care industry)
• Good communication skills
• Should be active and fast

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
