Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Meesho.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and strategies for increasing sales.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase visibility, and enhance product rankings on various e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, inventory management, and customer service, to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously optimize our online presence and maximize sales potential.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews, feedback, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance, growth initiatives, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an E-commerce Account Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Demonstrable experience in managing sales on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, and Meesho.
In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, policies, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Proficiency in using e-commerce tools and software for product listing optimization, inventory management, and sales tracking.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
