ECommerce Executive
Location: Kottivakkam, Perungudi, Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day operations and all e-commerce channels/marketplace activities.
· Co-ordinate with Graphic Designer and Content Writer to update the catalogs.
· Ensuring the catalog is up to date on all portals.
· Maintaining price parity across channels and active marketplaces.
· Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure healthy inventory and stock levels across all channels.
· Monitor Competitor prices on day to day.
· Replying to customer queries via mail.
· Organized with great attention to detail, highly flexible and adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
· Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment.
Desired Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering / CS / IT
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Strong analytical skills
· Should be able to grasp things quickly.
· Strong planning and project management skills.
· Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
