Responsibilities:
1) Manage and optimize the company's presence on various online
2) Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and drive traffic to the marketplace listings.
3) Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling descriptions, images etc.
4) Conduct competitive research and analysis to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion, pricing optimization, and promotional campaigns.
5) Monitor marketplace performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, customer reviews, and seller ratings.
6) Identify and resolve issues related to product listings, order fulfillment, and other portal issues.
7) Planning & implementing promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and product launch strategies on the marketplaces.
8) Stay up-to-date with marketplace policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
+) Analyze marketplace data and generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and operational performance.
10) Identify opportunities to expand into new marketplaces and manage the onboarding process for new platforms.
