Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing product listings and driving sales on various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. This role requires a strong understanding of online marketplaces, excellent communication skills, and the ability to optimize product listings for maximum visibility and sales.
Responsibilities:
Manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, and Etsy.
Create compelling product descriptions, titles, and images to attract customers and drive sales.
Optimize product listings for search visibility and keyword relevance.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Monitor competitor activity and pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Handle order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to optimize sales strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience working in e-commerce, preferably in product listing and sales roles.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Etsy Seller Dashboard.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research techniques.
Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
