Job Description
• Responsible for the complete, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing, and gross margins.
• Develop Concept / Brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with Organizations guidelines.
• Responsible for developing the Sales targets with E-Commerce portals and making 360degree marketing plan to achieve the same on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Cloudtail
• Prepare the Annual online marketing budget for the e-commerce partners and allocate budget to brands with the break up in terms of season, campaign, media etc
• Prepare annual marketing calendar for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Cloudtail
• Manage appropriate product promotions on all E-Commerce platforms in collaboration with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Cloudtail, nykaa, tatacliq etc.
• Designing and planning exclusive product ranges for e-commerce partners and working closely with design, product, and production team
• Recommend E-commerce (online ) store promotions in consultation with the vendors and ecommerce portal.
• Recommend events specific to the brand, product category and season.
• Forecast along with the vendors and the e-commerce portal on the increase in traffic during the promotions.
• Ensure the listing of all the stock is live on the e-commerce portal.

• Deeply understand customer behavior, develop new customer insights
• Develop the business model, understand where opportunities are, and create a viable business to service them
Know the market:
Stay on top of trends in an ever-changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
Know the competition:
Understand on-line and off-line players. Ensure selection stays well ahead of the competition
Market Understanding:
Develop a thorough knowledge of the market - short term and long term trends Drive portfolio management for best offers and discounts for the customers

Must have hands-on experience in working on platforms & vendors like Myntra, Cloudtail, Amazon, Flipkart etc
