DsCreatives is a dynamic and rapidly growing consulting company specializing in e-commerce services. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and talented Ecommerce Executive to join our team.
As an Ecommerce Executive at DsCreatives, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing online sales channels like Amazon.com, Walmart.com, Amazon.in, Flipkart & other marketplaces. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platforms, driving sales growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your exceptional English communication skills and problem-solving abilities will be essential in successfully executing your duties.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
Collaborate with various teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer support, to develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for sales growth and optimization.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and make recommendations for improvements.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to online orders in a timely and professional manner.
Continuously optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling content, images, and pricing.
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce to propose innovative ideas for improvement.
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and analytical mindset.
Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketing strategies.
Experience with inventory management, order processing, and fulfilment systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is preferred.
