Create and manage product listings across marketplacesMaking promotional offers and displaying them appropriately on the MarketplacesMonitor and manage product ratings & reviewsMonitor & Redirect customer queries from Marketplaces to CS TeamReviewing stock levels and sales data to maintain a stable supply and demand statusMonitor competitive activities & products across MarketplacesWorking closely with demand planning, merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on timeGenerate daily weekly and monthly reports if requiredMonitor & manage product shipmentsCoordinate with Portal Relationship Managers for Daily Marketing ActivitiesMaintain Good relationship with Marketplace KAM.
Skills Required
A minimum of 1 years of hands-on Amazon or Flipkart experience is a must.Good written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently.Preference may be given to candidates having exposure to Health & Personal Care Products and immediate joining availability.
