Job Description
1. Listing of products across - Marketplace channels, FBA listings & related process
2. Order Processing & Listing, Uploading –Amazon USA, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon India, B2C & B2B Marketplaces, etc…. (If any)
3. Co-ordinate with Warehouse Team for Smooth Dispatches.
4. Knowledge of case raise, claims, A-Z claims, Returns for various panels.
5. Making PI & Sharing Purchase Order and Sale Order with warehouse
6. Updating All Channels Sales Reports & Inventory management as and when required
7. Work closely with Logistic partners – checking of courier charges, COD payment
reconciliation, SLA breach working, TAT reports
8. Reconciliation of prepaid payments with Payment gateway
+. Reconciliation of stock RTV / RTO at the warehouse
10. Knowledge of Seller central – Amazon USA & Others
11. Word press Panel & Gem Marketplace panel would be the additional advantage.
12. Digital Marketing, Social Media, Paid promotions on Marketplaces would be the
additional advantage.
13. Excel Knowledge is must
14. Basic Oral & written Communication Skill
15. Responsible for website content to ensure websites are always accurate and up to date.
Own Website – Order & Vendor Management.
16. Proactively monitor websites and executes needed audits, working closely with Web QA team,
to ensure accurate and complete site information.
