Job Responsibilities:
Managing company’s seller/vendor accounts on different e-commerce platforms
Processing of the order
Coordinate delivery and returns of customer orders.
Coordination with e-commerce customer care
Inventory Management
Performance tracking
E-commerce Campaign management
Catalogue uploading, Listing products if needed
Increasing customer reviews
Taking Follow ups from company’s clients
Looking after Tracking the orders, Feedbacks from the customers, Reviews and complaints
Listing of products on all major and health related ecommerce marketplaces and managing respective accounts.
Keeping good rapport with courier partners and overcoming difficulties / problems in the courier network.
Communication with all the agencies which are related to the company's Online department.
Monitor and maintain proper functionality of the company's website
Communication with all the agencies which are related to the company's Online department.
