Job Description
As an e-Commerce Specialist, you will create and implement strategies. You will organize, develop, and execute website & e-commerce marketing plans.
Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce website.
Manage product listings, including creating, updating, and removing products as needed.
Generate regular reports on key performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Manage and reconcile online payment transactions to ensure accuracy.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
Manage FBA operations, including inventory management and shipment creation.
Create and manage advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart platforms.
Optimize ad campaigns for maximum visibility and ROI.
Experience & Skills
1. Minimum of 3+ years experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business preferably in the beauty industry.
2. Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
4. Must be good in Excel
Monthly CTC: 20k to 30k
Employment Type: Full Time
Office Timing: +.30 to 6.30
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off
