Job Summary:
As an eCommerce Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online sales and brand presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, optimize the online shopping experience, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our eCommerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon,Myntra,Indiamart,WooCommerce)
• Knowledge of online retail trends and best practices.
• Optimize product listings, website content, and meta tags to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
• Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Content Marketing: Develop engaging and relevant content for the website, blog, and social media channels to educate and engage customers.
• Customer Experience: Continuously improve the online shopping experience, including website usability, product presentation, and checkout process.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and customer service, to align eCommerce efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in eCommerce marketing will be plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
