The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective ecommerce and social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
### Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute ecommerce strategies that increase online sales and drive revenue growth
Manage and optimize the company's ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Monitor and analyze ecommerce performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions
Develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness and engagement across all relevant platforms
Create and curate content that is engaging and relevant to our target audience
Manage and monitor social media channels, responding to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and consistent customer experience
### Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in ecommerce and social media marketing
Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
Manage listings on Amazon, Flipkart and other leading platforms
Proven experience developing and executing successful social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
