We are a Safety Product manufacturing company in the US with online sales presence, partnering with Amazon, Home Depot, Sams Club, Walmart, Ebay and among others. We are looking for a Senior level E Com Manager who has prior experience in managing Accounts for a Company on the Amazon Online Platform.
The Position is for our India Office and will lead a team of E Commerce Specialists to bring in increase revenue to our Global Online Business.
Job Description
The E commerce Manager will be responsible for growing online sales on our Brand Store on Amazon Platform. This position will be predicated on motivation and attention to detail, but will also require individual to possess an apt for Strategy & innovation. Online selling platforms are in constant flux, so we must adapt to these environments in a timely manner while also taking into account our current inventory of products.
As an E commerce Manager, it will be imperative that our mission and our products are showcased effectively and diligently. Any individual in this position shall carry with them a positive personality along with the characteristics of a self-starter. Past Sales & managing experience on Amazon seller Central & Vendor Central are a prerequisite of this job.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and grow all online sales.
• Analyze and assess the performance of promotions and assortments, turning data into recommendations and plans for product, price and promotions strategy
• Assess competitive product, pricing and promotion strategies; identify new product and category niches
• Work with internal teams to enhance the product, customer experience and online marketing efforts
• Have a strong understanding of our inventory.
• Administer quality customer service at all times.
• Administer proper shipping methods as it relates to the item(s) and destination of said item(s).
• Accurately showcase our products and mission.
• Possess strong knowledge of online selling platforms.
• Properly evaluate inventory and selling platforms such that each item has the best opportunity of being sold.
Requirements
• Minimum Undergraduate degree
• 2-5 years’ experience in a related field (online merchandising, sales or marketing) preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving and reporting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
• A keen interest in online retailing
• Retail math literacy and application of concepts to daily merchandising operations
• Must possess the desire and ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial, team-oriented work group
• Sound understanding of profit & loss management and sales reporting & analysis.
