Job Summary
• Product Catalog Executive / E-commerce Operations Executive is a key person in maintaining the correct product information on the website and will be handling the role of eCommerce data management and product inventory.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Continuous learning about education domain and effectively using them to achieve goals (MUST REQUIREMENT)
• Creation of Product Data in excel
• Helps in keeping the eCommerce website updated with the latest product descriptions, by adding new products and product categories, pricing, availability information, etc.
• Perform Catalog Content Management
• Writing persuasive product descriptions to attract the potential buyers
• Updating the operations team regarding new products
• Coordination with sales team regarding all product updates
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
• Should have Clear and solid understanding of eCommerce domain
• Should have very good writing skills.
• Should be an expert at Microsoft Office
• Should be enthusiastic about the undertaken work
• Should be able to handle wide range of responsibilities
• Candidate from education and eCommerce domain will be preferred
• Ready to unlearn and learn about education domain
• Willing to work in Shifts
• Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
