Job Description
Knowledge of Advanced & Basic listings of products on Websites
Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
Ensure the fulfillment of customers' orders
Ensure the quality checking before delivery
Coordination with suppliers and fashion designers
Attending and resolving customer queries
Monitor and maintain record of customer queries and inquiry
Coordinate with other teams on the execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities.
Knowledge of Invoicing and Photoshop will be a added advantage.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
