We at The Pink Foundry are hiring a hands-on E-commerce Key Account Executive/AM who will be responsible to drive brand growth on e-commerce platforms by optimizing e-commerce sales strategy, and ensuring operational excellence.
Qualification - Graduate with Marketing Specialization OR Post Graduation in Marketing
Experience - 3 years in a start-up organization worked on e-commerce platforms like Nykaa, Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra. Preference: Skincare, beauty & personal care
CTC: 6 to + LPA
Location - Andheri East, Mumbai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
E-comm Growth:
• Plan, align and drive annual growth plan on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and others)
• Collaborate with brand teams at e-comm partners to align platform level growth marketing plans on the platforms by month – Visibility (DSP, Banners), Search (Brand, Category & PLAs), Awareness (top funnel) etc. to achieve the sales target
• Hands on keyboard to plan & execute on-platform performance campaigns
• Decide pricing promo strategy to drive growth across sub-categories while not diluting the brand ethos
• To ensure new consumers increase and ideate on driving repeats across e-comm platforms
• Collaborate with internal marketing teams to create brand assets for respective platforms (Listing content, banners, tiles, search ads etc.)
• Monitor sales daily and submit sales reports to leadership daily/monthly depending on the criticality
Platform Sales Operation:
• Plan stock levels in sync with sales plan across platforms (B2B-Inventory and B2C-easy-ship/FBA models) to ensure sufficiency of stock across platforms
• Track POs and Delivery for the stock across platforms
Brand Financials:
• Align marketing & sales budget for the fiscal and ensure the spends are done within the planned range
• Lead financial reconciliations (documentation sanity for sales commission, logistics, marketing investment, promo etc.) between brand, finance and e-comm teams
WHAT DIFFERENTIATES YOU
• Strategic thinking & innovative problem solving skills
• Experience of managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart etc.) in the past
• Understanding of category & competition in skincare
• Hands on keyboard experience for running e-commerce performance marketing campaigns
• Stakeholder Management (internal & external) - specially customer teams
