Role: E-Commerce Executive
Experience Required: 1 year - 3 years
Salary Paid: Rs.20,000 - 30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Description:
• Handling sales, marketing & operations of the online e-commerce portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm, Shopclues, Shopify etc.
• Responsible for designing and implementing online sales strategies and managing the relationship with online retailers & partners such as Amazon, Flipkart to drive online sales
• Listing for Online Marketplaces & Shopify.
• Creating vendor and seller accounts, listing and cataloging products on all the E-commerce channels
• Handling order management, pricing, payment reconciliation and advertisement activities
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, supporting and executing marketing campaigns on various e-commerce channels to increase brand awareness and sales
• Coordinating with internal operations teams for accurate and timely orders fulfillment, stock reconciliation, RTV processing & claim settlement
• Implementing changes and updates to product descriptions and product keywords for slow moving products
• Handling Customer Complaints & Monitoring negative feedback from customer Side
• Regularly maintain inventory on all websites and manage promotions
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience- 1 Year to 3 Years of experience in online e-commerce field
Skills-
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency is must
• Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
• Ability to handle pressure
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Qualifications- Any graduate, preferred MBA/PGDBA in Marketing /Operations
