Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive E commerce strategy aligned with the marketplace's overall goals and objectives.
- Optimize user experience, and driving revenue
- Vendor Onboarding and Management
- Product Listing and Catalog Management.
- Develop pricing strategies & promotional campaigns to increase conversion rates and maximize revenue.
- Performance Analytics and Reporting:
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape in the Ecommerce space.
-Manage & optimize LuxaDerme's Amazon storefront page to drive sales and conversion.
-Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment.
-Maintain & monitor product reviews and customer feedback to ensure a high Seller Rating Customer Feedback Scores, and Account Health
-Resolve product pages challenges by opening support cases
-Manage the Ads / Amazon AMS
-Coordinate with the performance marketing agency on running effective ad campaigns and securing ACOS under target
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Extensive Amazon Seller Central experience
Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines, make timely decisions
