Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Etsy Account Manager at Rajasthan Handicraft & Textile Corporation. The Etsy Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the company's presence on the Etsy platform. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing listings and inventory, optimizing product descriptions and images for increased visibility, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
• Prior experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the e-commerce industry
• Strong knowledge of the Etsy platform and its features
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
