Key Competencies:
You are expected to be an EXPERT in the below topic:
• Shopify and its app ecosystem as a platform.
• Driving Conversion Rate Optimizations, Shopify, Apps, Retention Marketing, SEO, SEM.
• Customer Retention Strategies & improving Customer Lifetime Value.
• Create Customer Journeys, Customer Segments, Shopify Event related automation through tools like contlo, klaviyo, growlytics etc on email, whatsapp for revenue, retention and brand education.
• Generating sales from non-meta ads traffic (email, whatsapp, loyalty, collab etc)
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure all the D2C Performance Campaigns are executed on time, with customer journey at the centre of thought process.
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing, and interpreting data and metrics.
• Preparing dashboards using internal data, and managing dashboards on platforms like Shopify etc.
• Creating promotional offers/ campaigns to drive customer acquisition
- Track new user acquisition and conversion rates
- Improve the usability, design, content, and conversion of the shopify store
- Plan and effectively execution of the Website Promotions and track and evaluate the ROI
- Track and analyze category, competition, and consumer trends on various digital platforms
Job description
We need a proven and experienced D2C Manager who love the ‘D2C game’
The candidate should have 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in executing D2C business.
The location of the job will be Ahmedabad
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Create & execute ambitious growth plans for Curlin’s D2C platforms and owns the P&L.
2. Driving performance on all performance-marketing channels such as Facebook, Google, Youtube etc, as well as organic, direct and affiliate sources of revenue and traffic.
3. Oversee operation of own websites, app(s), content platform(s) and any other digital D2C initiatives.
4. Deliver customer delight and positive Net Promoter Score.
5. Own Shopify site optimisation and A/B testing to deliver conversion growth.
6. Drive product content and user-generated content optimisation.
7. Responsible for customer retention marketing activities and merchandising strategy for scaling up revenue.
+. Plan and deliver on retention targets within time and budget with focus on key channels such as Email, SMS & Push Notifications.
Experience & Qualifications :
1. MBA from a reputed college, with minimum 5 years experience in e-commerce/D2C roles with P&L responsibility.
2. Proven ability to lead teams and work in high-pressure situations.
3. Passionate for numbers and scaling figures..
4. Top notch problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent planning skills, analytical ability and lateral thinking ability.
6. Great at managing relationships, leading teams and working with multiple stakeholders.
