eCommerce Manager - Drinking Water Optimization MNC (5-8 yrs)
Budget for this position will be based on relevant experience, current CTC & market standards but not exceeding 12 LPA
Reports to: Associate Director Marketing
Our client is internationally renowned for its expertise in the field of drinking water optimisation and individualisation. They are headquartered in Germany with worldwide distribution of Products, reaching more than 60 countries.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Strategy :
- Collaborating with the Marketing Head with regard to planning, implementing and continuously improving the promotional and pricing strategy for e-com as per approved business plan and ensuring that the quantitative and qualitative targets are achieved.
Ecommerce Management :
- Responsible for implementing the e-com strategy and managing the end to end e-com revenue.
- Working with Marketing Head & Brand Manager to make decisions for operational activities and setting strategic goals.
- Maintain excellent business relationships with e-com platform category managers and act as single point of contact for organisation towards all e-com platforms.
- Collect and provide platform level input to Marketing Head to identify suitable product/ model from global portfolio and ensure successful launch on e-com.
- Onboarding of new products, content management.
Sales Management & Forecasting:
- Enhancing the e-com platforms for business growth and achievement for planned volume and value growth.
- Sales forecasting: Monitoring sales results and reporting the same to the management.
- Plan & execute the platform level promotions as per the promotional calendar in alignment with Marketing Head.
- Working closely with the Brand Management Team to build traffic to the company product pages on the platforms.
- Ensure the sufficient stock availability at Amazon warehouse in close coordination with company logistics team.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyzing daily sale trend from the approved e-com platforms to create appropriate action, enable strategy on product price, promotions, reviews & stocks to maximize the sales.
- Interact with HQ Amazon team to obtain feedback and guidance time to time
- Analyzing the customer order data periodically and provide input or making effective media planning and creative strategy.
- Customer return analysis and work in coordination with Brand Manager to attempt on reducing customer returns through proper communication approach.
- Design and prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports on Platform / Model wise orders & order trends and returns trend.
Compliance :
- Ensurance and encouragement of ethical conduct in line with local laws and regulations, as well as Organisation's Group compliance policies (esp. with regard to brand communication, product claims).
Experience :
- 4+ years of comprehensive experience in e-com marketing
- Significant managerial experience in leading interdisciplinary teams (direct & indirect)
- Fluent in English
