PHEETA is hiring for the role of Ecommerce Manager.

Position: Ecommerce Manager
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain trackers of all orders. Order processing and management
· Coordination with stores for allocations and dispatches.
. Finalising Stock and Inventory management.
· Verify billing done in OMS, to ensure no errors.
· Coordination with cross functional teams for Returns /Refunds.
· Maintain TAT as per set guidelines, to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Requirement:
· Customer centric mindset with enthusiasm to enhance customer experience.
· 5-6 years of relevant experience in an ecommerce role.
· Sound knowledge of Order management system such as Unicommerce.
· Sound knowledge of ecommerce store front such as NykaaFashion, Myntra, TataCliq, etc
• Candidates preferred from Fashion & Apparel background only.
