Job Description
As an E-commerce Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by strategically managing and optimizing our presence on these e-commerce platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to increase sales and revenue while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
1)Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize the presence and visibility of our home furnishing products on Etsy, Ajio, Flipkart, and other reputable online marketplaces.
2)Monitor marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
3)Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential target segments and niches for our products.
4)Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory levels across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and optimization.
5)Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions, attractive visuals, and effective promotions to drive customer engagement and sales.
6)Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, including conversion rates, traffic, and customer reviews, to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
7) Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction and resolving issues effectively.
7)Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives, negotiate agreements, and leverage partnerships to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
7)Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce industry trends, marketplace policies, and best practices, and proactively implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an E-commerce Sales Executive, preferably in the home furnishing industry or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of Etsy, Ajio, Flipkart, and other reputable online marketplaces, including their policies, features, and best practices.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with marketplace representatives and customers.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through online marketplaces.
Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research, and optimization strategies to improve product visibility and search rankings.
Proficient in using e-commerce platforms, listing tools, and analytics software.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
