Key responsibilities:
Cataloging & Listing of products on various e-commerce portals.
Manage day to day sales & returns
Manage & optimize ad campaigns
Optimize listings with keywords
Expertise Required:
The Ecommerce Executive is responsible for managing and growing the company's online presence. This includes managing the e-commerce websites various online platforms, driving online sales, developing marketing campaigns and strategies, and monitoring customer service performance. The Ecommerce Executive will also be responsible for consulting with internal teams to ensure that the company’s e-commerce goals are met.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website
Managing all ecommerce portals - amazon, myntra, nykaa, zivame, tata cliq , shopify etc.
Develop marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the website, increase sales, and grow brand awareness
Develop strategies to optimize conversions on the ecommerce platforms
End to End management from listings to discounts to orders and payments.
Filing timely claims
Participating in events
Should be able to work independently with minimum supervision
Experience in managing eCommerce operations in Amazon/Flipkart (Must), Myntra, Purplle, Smytten , City Mall ,Meesho
Must be good in Analytics.
Coordination with Graphic , Social Media Team for the A+ Contents
Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint is a must
Fluency in English (at least written communication) is a must
