Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager with in-depth knowledge of the online jewelry and gemstone market to manage our e-commerce operations across Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and our direct website. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our marketplace presence, optimizing product listings, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management:

Manage and optimize listings for gemstone and fine jewelry products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart.

Ensure that product descriptions, images, and pricing reflect the premium quality of our products and are optimized for SEO.

Stay current with marketplace trends, especially within the jewelry sector, to maintain competitiveness.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies specific to each platform to drive revenue growth, considering the unique customer base and behaviors of each marketplace.

Leverage industry trends and insights to introduce new product categories or collections based on demand.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination:

Collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to manage stock levels of gemstone and jewelry products.

Implement fulfillment strategies, including managing Amazon FBA and other marketplace-specific logistics, to ensure timely deliveries.

Digital Marketing & Promotions:

Design and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to each platform, focusing on marketplace-specific advertising tools like Amazon Sponsored Products and Etsy Ads to boost visibility.

Manage promotions, discounts, and special deals across platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy.

Customer Experience:

Ensure exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, managing reviews, and resolving disputes promptly across all marketplaces.

Enhance customer trust and loyalty through proactive communication and positive engagement.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze sales data, customer behaviors, and advertising performance across all platforms.

Provide detailed reports to senior management, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.

Conduct A/B testing on product listings and campaigns to optimize performance and conversions.

Branding & Content:

Ensure that all product listings, descriptions, and images align with our brand’s premium positioning in the jewelry market.

Collaborate with designers and content teams to create engaging product imagery and descriptions that resonate with our target audience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart, ideally in the jewelry or fashion industry.

Proven experience with SEO, SEM, and marketplace-specific advertising tools for driving traffic and sales.

Proficiency in e-commerce tools like Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Walmart Marketplace, and Etsy Seller Tools.

Strong knowledge of gemstone and fine jewelry products, including market trends and consumer preferences.

Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and optimize strategies accordingly.

Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
