Responsibilities
The eCommerce Manager will support eCommerce marketing efforts across North America (US & Canada) and own management of our Shopify website and key eCommerce platforms, primarily Amazon
The candidate will work cross-functionally with sales, creative design, finance, operations, and the growth marketing team to optimize our online presence, drive sales, and ensure seamless eCommerce operations
Shopify Website Management:
Maintain and enhance the Shopify website, including theme management and app integration
Implement and manage Shopify apps for functionality, including payment gateways, inventory management, and customer engagement
Optimize the website for user experience and conversion rates using CRO techniques and data-driven insights
Collaborate with designers and developers to customize themes and develop new functionalities aligned with business goals
Collaborate on content management for the website, ensuring that product descriptions, images, and other content are up to date and optimized for search engines (SEO)
Work closely with the Growth Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns on the Shopify platform, including discount codes, gift cards, and seasonal promotions
Order Management & Fulfillment:
Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment of L.com orders
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with supply chain teams for timely restocking
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure seamless integration between Shopify and Zendesk (customer experience platform)
Resolve customer issues related to the online store, ensuring a positive customer experience
Platform Integration & Automation:
Ensure seamless integration between Shopify and other platforms, including email marketing tools, CRM, and analytics platforms
Efficiency in Google Tag Manager, G4 Analytics
Leverage automation tools to streamline eCommerce operations, including order processing, email notifications, and customer follow-up
Work with agency to lead and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Walmart.com, and Target.com
Manage and improve product listings, ensuring consistency and optimization across eCommerce platforms
Oversee relationships with external clients and agencies from Amazon, Target and Walmart and advertising partners like Criteo, Instacart, and Roundel
Utilize tools such as Edge, Amazon Reporting Tools, Amazon Baby Registry, Helium 10, and Pacvue for campaign management and optimization
Analyze website and campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and Power BI to identify areas of improvement and drive strategic initiatives
Provide actionable insights and prepare regular reports on eCommerce performance for internal and external stakeholders
Utilize A/B testing and other data-driven strategies to continuously improve eCommerce operations and marketing campaigns
Stay updated with the latest eCommerce trends, Shopify updates, and marketplace algorithms to continuously enhance online presence
Proactively seek out new apps, tools, and strategies to improve the eCommerce experience
