About the Role
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on Shopify management. This is not just an ad-buying job. It's for someone who understands ecommerce operations and marketing as one seamless flow—from product setup to conversion.
You’ll be responsible for managing our Shopify store, ensuring it’s always optimized, functional, and conversion-ready while also supporting key marketing functions like performance tracking, paid ads, emails, and WhatsApp marketing.
If you love working with products, platforms, and people and want to contribute to a regenerative future through ecommerce this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
> Create, update, and manage product listings with accurate descriptions, tags, and SEO-friendly content.
> Upload banners, update collections, and make homepage or landing page layout changes using no-code tools.
> Design and optimise landing pages for campaigns and product highlights to improve user experience and conversions.
> Handle Shopify backend settings like shipping, taxes, payment gateways, and troubleshoot store issues as needed.
> Design on-brand creatives using Canva for emailers, WhatsApp messages, and social media posts.
> Set up and run marketing campaigns on WhatsApp and email; assist in tracking performance of Meta and Google ads.
Skills Required
Hands-on experience with Shopify, Canva, and basic digital marketing tools (Meta/Google Ads, email, WhatsApp platforms).
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setup.
Bonus If You:
> Understand organic and sustainable food, or are curious to learn
> Have worked with other ecommerce platforms or D2C brands
> Know how to create landing pages using no-code tools like PageFly, GemPages, etc.
> Enjoy working in a small team where your ideas can directly shape customer experiences
• Note: This role does not require any coding experience. All website and landing page work will be done using no-code tools within Shopify.
