Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement end-to-end ecommerce marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
2. Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies.
3. Collaborate with the content team to create compelling product narratives, captivating imagery, and engaging videos that resonate with our target audience.
4. Oversee and optimize product listings across various online platforms to ensure accuracy, consistency, and conversion optimization.
5. Plan and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and paid search.
6. Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and refine marketing approaches for maximum impact.
7. Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating innovative strategies into our marketing efforts.
8. Work collaboratively with the design team to produce visually appealing and on-brand marketing materials that capture the essence of our products.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in ecommerce marketing
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, paid search, and influencer collaborations.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and present insights effectively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
