Designation: eCommerce MerchandisingSelected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Testing and refining collections and selection across the app and you will be working closely with the marketing and storefront teams to inform merchandising decisions across the entire app 2. Assisting in curations and collections for the home feed 3. Staying up to date with fashion, lifestyle, and design trends and user searches globally and creating collections in line with those 4. Studying user behaviors on the app and keeping systems up to date for their needs 5. Liaising with brands and studying their catalogs to come up with new on-app collections Requirements: 1. Bachelors in fashion-related or marketing fields (3-4 years degree), master's in fashion is desirable but not necessary 2. A basic understanding of the independent brand ecosystem and a keen eye for identifying trends in user behaviors 3. Self-starter with high ownership qualities Note: 1.
