Job Duties & Responsibilities: 3+ work experience in ecommerce industry/supply chain company in similar role - Graduate in any field. • Expertise in Advance excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot, count if formulas, etc.) • Good experience in Macros or VBA or SQL or Power BI. • Thorough Knowledge of Google Sheets. • Must have sound knowledge of Macros (VBA/ Apps Scripts). • A background in Mathematics will be an added advantage. • Data analysis skills • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Data studio Google sheets, near sites, etc.) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Main responsibility is to know the universe of orders to be shipped out; find orders in the system that are stuck / running late, liaison with internal stakeholders to highlight orders running late, communicate / update new timelines in the system / to sales spocs. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports for delayed orders, vendor performance reports, quality analysis reports and any other reports needed for further root analysis. Liaisoning with Sales / Customer service teams to get missing information (like courier addresses etc) Eligibility Criteria: Experience should be 2-3yrs in MIS executive profile. Should have Good English Communication Skill.
