Ecommerce Operation Executive Role & Responsibilities:
Must ensure all the orders are fulfilled on timely basis.
Cordinate with warehouse and check if the shipment are dispatched as per order.
Arrange Exchange and returns of Customers.
Must have basic communication skills.
